In most selection processes, candidates
forward their CV to apply for an advertised position.
Virtual InterView candidates receive an email with a link
to start the interview. They see and hear someone on the screen who asks
them questions about the type of work they enjoy and what they
are looking for in a job. A standardised set of questions is
delivered to all candidates and interviews usually last around five minutes. Skills
Plus modules of questions can be added for technical roles.
When a candidate completes the Virtual InterView the recruiter is
advised by email that the video is now available to view. If several
reviewers are involved in the selection process, all can access the
Virtual InterView and comment on the candidate's responses in the
Reviewer Comments Panel.
